Spring Flowers

Hello hope everyone is having a good afternoon. The other day I was in Giant Eagle and I noticed these lovely flowers I had to get them. I decided to add them into todays blog post. I’ve been having a problems finding a good foundation. The one’s I’ve been using have been turning me orange and since I’m a makeup beginner I decided to go to Mac. I’m so happy I did I’ve discovered Mac Studio Face and Body Foundation. Instant love! I’m in the shade C6 I recommend it for dry skin if you have oily skin you might not want to try it. It’s such a lovely foundation so light weight, but it is buildable. I also picked up a few other products while I was in Mac. I picked up Mac’s Pro Longwear Lip Pencil in Double-Time. It’s a lovely nude color with a hint of a pink undertone. I also picked up Mac’s Matte lipstick Persistence, another nude color. I’ve also been on the lookout for a long lasting mascara and I found Maybelline’s The Falsies Push Up Drama. This makes my eyelashes look really long, but you do have to let it dry because it will transfer.

Thanks for visiting my blog. I will be adding fashion and styling posts soon the weather in Ohio isn’t to great at the moment, but I do plan on posting a fashion post this weekend since it’s suppose to be warm.

Spring Essentials

Hi and welcome to Style By Drea. My name is Andrea and I finally worked up the courage to start my blog. It hasn't been an easy journey for me, but I did it. If you keep thinking about something, then it's something you might want to invest in. My blog is about my life and my obsession with fashion. I decided to do my first post on my Spring Essentials things I cannot live without during the Spring/Summer months. Thank you for stopping by I hope you enjoy my blog.
Hugs, Drea

My Spring Essentials List,

Moisturizer: My first Spring essential is Clinique’s dramatically different moisturizing lotion. This by far is the best moisturizer I have ever used. I have extremely dry and sensitive skin and this moisturizer does the trick for my skin. It’s feels light on my face not heavy at all. Needless to say this is must have.

Foundation/Setting Spray: My go to Spring/Summer foundation is L’oreal’s New True Match super- bendable foundation. This foundation is light weight I don’t like caking on foundation and this foundation does the trick. It also contains SPF 17, and its inexpensive $8.00 compared to more high end foundations. I purchased it at my local Target.  NYX Dewy Finish setting spray is another one of my must haves. I love to look Dewy all year round especially in the warmer months. This was also purchased at Target.

Purse/Heels: Nudes are my go color pallet for Spring/Summer which is why I picked up this cross over medium size bag from Forever 21. I believe it was under 30 dollars not bad for a well constructed and in my opinion expensive looking bag. When it comes to shoes I’m a heels kind of girl I picked up this black wedges from H&M on sale for $12.99, can’t beat that I believe they were originally $25.00 dollars. I prefer a wedge to a stiletto heel lets be serious I am not running around all day in a stiletto which why I opted out for a wedge heel.
